How much does a ticket cost?

A regular ticket enables you to watch the show ($CA25 plus tax). A premium ticket allows you to personally interact live with Luc Langevin during the performance ($CA68 plus tax). In both cases, you don't need to buy a ticket for every member of your household. Several people can watch the show on the same device.

Is it possible to exchange my tickets for another date?

No, it is not possible to exchange your tickets. Please contact us in case of unforeseen events/force majeure.

Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets will not be refunded. Please contact us in case of unforeseen events/force majeure.

Can I participate even though I don't live in Canada?

Yes, you can participate from anywhere in the world. Please note that the showtimes on our website are in the Montreal time zone (EST/EDT). We also have showtimes in French for Canada and Europe.

Can I offer this show as a gift? How does that work?

You must enter the personal information associated with the credit card used for payment (name, address, etc.) in the "Billing Information" section. However, please enter the information of the person to whom you are giving a ticket in the "Attendee" section.

If you wish to send the viewing link to the person yourself, enter your own email address in the "Attendee" section. You will receive the viewing link and will be responsible for transferring it to the person. Make sure, however, to enter the attendee's email address in this field: "If you're gifting this show and you've entered your own email address in the Attendee section so you can send the viewing link to the person yourself at the time of your choice, please enter the email address of the person who will WATCH the show here."

Before watching

Is there a minimum age to attend the show?

A minimum age of six years old is recommended, but there is no required age to participate. If your children can follow simple instructions and handle a deck of cards, they will not have a problem enjoying the show.

How can I watch the show?

Once your ticket is bought, you will first receive a confirmation email, and then a unique viewing link with which you will access the show. All useful instructions can be found there. Please note that you cannot share this viewing link with a person who will open it on another device. Only one device at a time can use the link.

What are the technical requirements?

Regular ticket holders can watch the show on various devices like their tablet, computer, or video games console (Xbox One only). They can also watch on their TV using an HDMI cable, a smart TV, or Chromecast. If using Chromecast, please use the Google Home app on your phone or tablet to cast your entire screen or use the Google Chrome browser on your computer using the three small dots at the top right. Premium ticket holders should only watch the show on their tablet or computer. In both cases, it is not recommended to watch on a cellphone. 

 

Regular ticket holders : Your Internet connection must be at least 7 Mbps (download).

 

Premium ticket holders : Your Internet connection must be at least 4 Mbps (upload/download).

At what time can I connect to the show?

You can access the virtual room 30 minutes before the show. Premium ticket holders should do so 30 minutes in advance in order to ensure that the experience runs smoothly.

Will I be visible by the audience?

Only premium ticket holders will be visible during the show. They must ensure that the room they are in is well lit and that we can see them clearly onscreen.

Technical problems

I haven't received my viewing link. What's going on?

It might be in your Spam folder. If it's not there, please contact us.

What should I do if I'm encountering technical problems during the show?

Premium ticket holders can report any problems to the Zoom host using the chat box.

Regular ticket holders can contact us by email.

Why am I seeing a message saying my link is being used on multiple devices?

You cannot share your viewing link with a person who is using another device.

 

If you haven't shared it, make sure you haven't opened the link elsewhere (on another browser or device). Once it's closed in the other location, it can take up to 60 seconds before the link will work again.

 

I can't watch the show in full screen. Why? (Regular tickets)

You will only be able to watch the show in full screen once it's started.

The show isn't displayed properly or there is a delay. What should I do?

For regular ticket holders only: If you are experiencing problems during the event, try decreasing the quality of the video using the gear wheel on the bottom right of the player.

 

For all ticket holders: Make sure you are as close as possible to your Internet router. Ask the other people in your household to stop participating in activities that are using a lot of bandwidth (YouTube, online video games, Netflix, etc.). You can also try connecting directly to the modem or disconnecting all other devices from your Internet network. Close all other apps, tabs and windows on your streaming device.

Why am I seeing an error message on zoom when I try launching the meeting?

You might have to create an account before participating in the show or connect to that account.
